What game does this issue reproduce on (Name, Region, etc)?

Breath of Fire III NTSC

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Save game
  2. Restart game

Describe the issue in detail:

My save data for Breath of Fire III keeps getting deleted for some reason.
