Improve benchmark dynamic #137

More output information from benchmark dynamic on routes, costs per epoch. Mostly copied from improve-rollout by @jaspervd96.
Run benchmark dynamic on a single seed instead of ranges of seeds. This makes it easier to distribute jobs on the cluster.
Make benchmark_dynamic.toml consistent with solver.toml config for rollout.

I'll have a look either later today, or tomorrow morning. From what I saw a few days ago it looked good to me so I think it's OK, but I'll let you know at the latest tomorrow :)
