Curator responsibilities

The APT curator has a routine of tasks that need to be completed.

[x] check Cognito daily for new user requests
[x] check APT dashboard daily for review/publication requests
[x] respond to user feedback submitted through APT feedback module (transition when needed)
[x] user support: respond to emails, questions, issues, etc.
[x] obtain DOIs when needed
[x] present APT to science teams when requested
