Adjust installation instructions to use pip install --pre.
Describe output columns (including updated ones from #47.
The doc is single page. Consider breaking it into multiple pages for easier browsing.

All changes made. Doc remains a single page, but a new Servicemon Analysis API was added for the query and plotting functions.
