This update includes a new permissible value which is needed for a PDS4 migration that is currently in progress. This migration is in the final lien resolution stage and needs this update in order to be completed.

@jordanpadams Thanks for checking and sorry for the confusion. My preference would actually be to release LDD version 2.0.2.0:

I'd initially just gone through and merged (albeit rather late) the automatic update for 1.22.0.0 (V.2.0.1.0). However, a short time later we realized that we needed an additional permissible value for one of the attributes so we created (V.2.0.2.0). There's no real need to release 1M00_2010, just releasing 1M00_2020 will do.

In the future, this is considered an "Off Nominal Release" of the LDD (aka not on our normal 6-month cadence for releases), which has some additional requirements on the LDD Steward to tag a new release. https://pds-data-dictionaries.github.io/development/ldd-release.html#off-nominal-release
