Tool Registry search does not work past initial query #104

Yes - I've already checked

🐛 Describe the bug

When I go to https://pds.nasa.gov/tools/tool-registry/, the initial query works, but entering anything into the search box does not.

🕵️ Expected behavior

I expected the search to work
