When trying to approve an enrollment from the Admin role, it submits and returns the following message:
Approval request has been sent, you will be notified once it is processed.
This message is confusing because if a Service Agent or Admin approves an enrollment, it should not submit an approval request. It should just be approved.
But the Action status does not change from Pending, and that enrollment continues to show up under Pending. When I try to go back into Review to approve it, the Review option is missing:
It is still showing up under Pending but now I cannot approve or deny it.
If I try to resubmit the enrollment, I get the Server Error.
