Password reset not functioning properly #99

If a user forgets their password and enters in their username incorrectly but their email address correctly and clicks "Reset Password", the screen flickers, but does nothing. It is only in clicking the "Reset Password" button again that it will display "We could not retrieve your account."

Dan - this will not work now, because you will be linking through MNITS.
