User input parameters and those generated by MOM6 have changed. As a consequence, ocean.stats.intel also changed; MOM_input and MOM_override are now automatically generated by CESM, and these are different than the corresponding files previously recorded here. This PR fixes these inconsistencies.

@alperaltuntas let's make sure we run this test often to update these files, if needed.

Warnings in the headers of MOM_input and MOM_override don't really apply to MOM6-cases. Should we remove those warnings to avoid confusion?
