Add Child: 2-1 switch controls #153

Scott used to use a simple version of the 2-1 switch controls for alignment to check wavelengths. Take that simple control and import it into the template.

Put in single switch control this morning. Tested it...everything seems fine with it except the following. I combined switch control with the wave meter. Somehow zero values are being returned to the wavemeter control which makes it plot zeros. Need to check but possible this is due to modifications to the command interpreter that are returning default values. More investigation is needed.
