The current software for warnings has email addresses hardwired in. It would be better if the email list could be read at runtime with a configure file.

Functions are running on MPD02-05. Will test tomorrow but have already tested everything except how the UPS sends emails. Note that the password had to be changed from the default to the new standard lroot password for all computers.
