UPS Child: Error emails #280

At the moment, the UPS child assumes all commands sent to the command interpreter will respond with data for the UPS. When emails are sent, the response is blank. This causes the UPS to think it is on battery and send another email. Fix to make sure only UPS responses make it into the saving and plotting routine.

Tested this morning and the fix implemented yesterday seems to be working. Will readdress if more issues arise but for now, I think this is done.
