Laser Locking Child: Add ethernet switch info #282

Currently, there is no reason to pass information about the NI6000 switch because it is USB and has no address. The new ethernet switch has an address that can change. At the moment, the switch info is simply default for the controlling functions and not passed. This information should be passed to the command interpreter for future flexibility.

This was completed as well and not noted. Works now as a ethernet switch.
