The Getting Started guide includes information about geocat-applications pulled from the README.md, as well as information for anyone "New to Python" with links for Project Pythia and a breakdown of how the Jupyter notebooks work and differ from Python scripts. Anything else worth including here? I considering including a section about how to pip install the package to run locally, but I don't think that is how this resource is intended to be used
