Mike's code provides GIF and FITS synoptic maps. The 28 day maps need to be provided to users via the MLSO web page.

[ ] Identify synoptic map data products: i.e. Intensity (what flavor), Doppler, Line Width, Polarization, Azimuth, Temperature, other?
[ ] Identify heights for maps - do we want 2 heights? 3 heights?
[ ] Agree on FITS header keywords for FITS formatted maps
[ ] Validate data products
[ ] Work with Don to provide maps via web page

For users, wouldn't you rather have Carrington Rotation based synoptic maps than the 28-day maps?

Good question. Carrington would be more useful since it could be compared directly to synoptic maps produced by other missions (e.g. AIA, LASCO). Thanks for asking!
