The Receptor, IGF Type 1 is shown as a chemical entity and should be a biological entity:

Just to add another detail to this: AFAICT we don't have a type for MESH:D017526, but we put them in a clique with UMLS:C0140080, which we determine to have a type of ChemicalEntity, even though it has three types which shouldn't be mapped to ChemicalEntity:
