Is it clear that if you click on the result, something happens? #926

I went away for 10 days and was suddenly like, where do I click to see the paths?

I'm of the mind that the cursor change when hovering over the name and the presence of the downward chevron icon on the far right implies that the result is expandable. We haven't gotten feedback from any users that this is an issue (as far as I can remember), but it's probably worth doing some user testing if someone as experienced as Sarah ran into it!
