ARS delay in saving "Done" status on merged result #621

It appears that sometimes when ARS gets stress tested with concurrent queries, for some message responses, the parent object gets marked as "Done" while ars-ars-agent (the last merged message) still needs few seconds to get saved and status changes to "Done". will need to find out a root cause for this issue and fix it.
