Fix looks good to me, but you know, just in an abundance of caution, let me double check with the UI folks to make sure they're not used to consuming it as test/HTML and that switching to the proper encoding wouldn't cause them issues before we merge this one. I should have tagged them in the ticket, but it only occurred to me just as I was hovering my mouse over the Approve button.
