testdata/Makefile solr home issue #33

The testdata/Makefile works, one remaining issue is that the default solr home was using the one from solr distribution examples and we need to point it to our own SOLr_HOME,

The fix seems to be relative straight forward. Any relative path provided with -s for bin/solr command will resulting a new collection created under the example dir in the solr distribution. and the fix is to provide an absolute path. the fix was tested under CentOS 6.
