The following errors/problems were encountered with the v0.2.3 release:

dataset.keywords.minimum.1
- the 'FAILURE' output message is being generated for pids that pass the check
dataset.keywords.overlap.1
- this error is being generated: AttributeError: 'bool' object has no attribute 'lower' in <script> at line number 39
