This is what I think the tabs should be (and what they entail in brackets)
Home (Atlas) Browse (tables) Visualise (plots) API (Db query) Info (Description) Contact us (GitHub, email)
When you get round to it write some meaningful text and I'll modify it
Home Human figures section
Next section (dark blue 02) has a short summary of what's in the data and explanation of the Atlas and then your counter
Next section (blue-white) would have some descriptive statistics on the whole database (number of datasets reanalysed, tissues, samples etc)
Footer section (dark blue black) with contact info
Info
section on retroelements
section on proteomics data
section on RetroMiner and how the data was generated with link to it
section on RTPEA with your software architecture
Contact us
your GitHub repo, two emails (yours and mine)
QMUL affiliation (MSc and LSI-CCB)
if you spend an hour or so and get started on this and write anything you want on there and want to say, I will take your bits and add anything else and finalise the text.
I think under one of the tabs we need something that leads to 'RetroMiner', which is my tool that did all the re-analysis. An obvious question for a user would be how this data was generated.
RetroMiner is private and will be until publication, but the link is https://github.com/Nazrath10R/Pride_Reanalysis
I am not sure what you wanted under 'info' and 'project', but it would be nice to put some ideas together on there.
Conrad's idea would be to publish RTPEA, so under project could be a link to the publication. Under info could be more technical sort of information I suppose. Let me know what your ideas are.
