Resolved with Ck-Editor4- Not seeing background color on the table and the font styles , size is different compared to cms-dev

Comparing the table on https://ncigovcdode633.prod.acquia-sites.com/about-cancer/coping/survivorship/new-normal/test-and-test-sortable-tables VS. https://www.cancer.gov/about-nci/budget/fact-book/extramural-programs/grant-contract-awards I am seeing that the font style, font size, back ground color (no teal color on the CMS) and the row height at the back end (CMS) is different. Also noticed that the row height is slightly different at the front end but the background color (teal color) looks good at the front end.

@navsunka , @santwuma , @sarinapadilla , @KateMashkinaNIH , When I am copying and pasting the table on ODE, the alignment of table contents is not same on the CMS side.

The color of the row is not same on the ODE CMS for Sortable tables

@navsunka , @santwuma , Copied and pasted the table on https://www.cancer.gov/about-nci/budget/fact-book/historical-trends/extramural-intramural-rms and noticed that the rows are interchanging positions at the front-end and the bold text is not appearing as bold.

Update 10/16: The look and feel is only different in the CMS but the functionality doesn't change on the front-end. May need to note it to users in the CMS training

Ckeditor5 doesn't support tag which we are using for few tables, thus the issue.

@navsunka , On the cms-side, the blue color on the Sortable Table on ODE is #01679d but on cms-dev it is #2b7bba. Still the alignments of the contents in the cells of the table are not the same on the ck-editor as cms-dev. cc: @sarinapadilla , @bryanpizzillo.
