Issue description

Description of the issue

There is no collapse/edit for each item in the landing contents field in the mini landing page template.
Adding NCIDS Optional Heading 3 Feature Card Row truncates field names without an indication of truncation (ellipses ...)

@KateMashkinaNIH - I changed your "bug" to a change request. @andyvanavery31 / @sarinapadilla -- We need requirements on this for what is supposed to do what, just like was done for Home/Landing. (either #4001 or #3986 details what we ended up with) (IIRC, we also had to think about the legacy types?)
