On hold until 90 days after v2.0.0 enters production.
The CTS.Print-js\BasicCTSPrintPage.js file is no longer used. It is included in the v2.0 release in order to avoid breaking previously generated pages which haven't expired yet. As such, it needs to remain part of the system for at least 90 days after v2.0 goes into use.
Clean up tasks:
Remove CTS.Print-js\BasicCTSPrintPage.js
Remove reference from src/NCI.OCPL.ClinicalTrialSearchPrint/NCI.OCPL.ClinicalTrialSearchPrint.csproj
Remove JS path rewrite from src/NCI.OCPL.ClinicalTrialSearchPrint/Web.config
