Synonym Species - Change to New TSN Accepted #223

Adjust the following species in tlu_Plants and all observations to the new TSN noted.

Related to issue NCRN/NCRN_DM#29

Additional Species identified to point to a new TSN Accepted (both tlu_Plants records will point to Carya tomentosa). All existing observations will be updated to the new TSN Accepted.
