-catching up: major project updates/successes that anyone wants to share with lab?
-start a discussion about project prioritization (if time) - will discuss more at next meeting
-Changes for 2022: reminder about changes to my hours, alternating lab/journal club each week. running in-person eeg studies, collecting adolescent data, re-engaging with github and zenhub
-time for general feedback: things lab is doing well, things we could do better, random ideas the lab might want to consider to improve how we work/collaborate
