Summary

Pave way for more DRPC providers.

Details

  1. Establish requirements for DRPC services.
  2. Establish a standardized selection process for DRPC providers.
  3. Implement and publish standards (via RFP?) to help new providers submit proposals.
  4. Devise and publish cost guidelines for new partners to submit against.

We've decided we're not going to explicitly promote and provide grants for centralized RPC services, but we left open the possibility of pushing for more decentralized RPC solutions for the ecosystem. So we'll leave this one open in the backlog.
