Replaced Emax_Catchability.Rdata with RDS version
Added resulting data file, emax_qs.RDS, to data folder
Added maxObsAge column (maximum age species lives) to speciesFishbaseStats.rds

Added create_emax_qs.r script to data-raw. This script reads in the emax_Catchability data and the atlantis functionalGroups data, joins and cleans.
