Scallop tiny report

this branch adds the tiny reports and adds some additional features to the scallop report

@mchaji: Thanks for putting in the pull request I'm testing by knitting

1. data_extracting.rmd
2. data_processing.rmd
3. combine_cable_routes.Rmd
4. scallop_analysis_0322.Rmd

Then I will try to run the tiny analysis loop. If all of that runs, I will merge. If not, I will either try to fix (if it's simple) or have you try to fix it.
