NEON Dissolved Gas Repo

This repository contains R and Python code that can be used for calculating dissolved gas concentrations in surface water samples from reference air and water equilibrated gas samples.

See the installingPackages.R R script in the main directory of this repository for how to install the R package.

The Python script translations of the original R package that is provided in this repository, along with examples of their use, are located in the Python directory.

Usage

This repository is designed to be used with NEON dissolved gases in surface water data product (NEON.DP1.20097).
