Plant quadrat recording download issues #76

This relates to bugs with the PostgreSQL implementation of #60 @johnvanbreda

  1. Occurence IDs, but not species names are included in downloads. Species names are required
  2. Download duplicates occurrences, each has a row with the group name, but also one with a blank group name field
