Expand the "bread crumb trail" to inclue the viewed node #44

The bread crumb trail shows the NCBI hierarchy for each calibrations. E.G., if you browse to Chordata, you will see: 

Lineage: root » Eukaryota » Opisthokonta » Metazoa » Eumetazoa » Bilateria » Coelomata » Deuterostomia

We need to include the current node in the bread crumb trail for navigational ease. Thus, Chordata should show this:

Lineage: root » Eukaryota » Opisthokonta » Metazoa » Eumetazoa » Bilateria » Coelomata » Deuterostomia» Chordata
