For dicussion - we previously had these links active for all calibrations, but encountered the issue of nodes that don't match names (e.g. Stem Sphenisciformes" would trigger a broken link rather than point to Sphenisciformes on these sites). I think we have largely bypassed that issue with the new system of using the common name and then the drop down menu for Stem/Crown. Can we try turning these links back on again? I'd be interested in seeing if they mostly work fine now, and then deciding as a group wether we should leave them on or off in the flinch version.

OK, I've restored these links in the latest commit. You can try them on fossils.ibang.com, but I assume the more interesting results would come from the latest calibrations on fossilcalibrations.org, which will require a quick update.

These look in good working order to me - the only issue is that strings like "Tetraodon - Takifugu" will yield no results because it searches for that exact phrase. I've tried to work around this for example by using "Sphenisciformes" as the name with "Location relative to the calibrated node: Stem" in inputting data, as opposed to "Stem Sphenisciformes" or "Spheniciformes-Procellariiformes". So, it is rarely an issue.

I'm happy to close this Issue but would like confirmation from David / Jim.
