british english vs american english give different search entries #166

e.g. type in search “optimization” and “optimisation” give different entries e.g. type in search “skeletonisation” gives no entry, while “skeletonization” give a few

@czhci , "Organisation -> organization" will be implemented in Drupal and we can wait for the upstream changes and our upgrade to next Drupal 8.9.x.

... but for "skeltonisation -> skeltonization", it's too technical and we might need to pull request / send patch to the Drupal development community.

Reading more, I think we need to install this add-on to the native stemmer engine.
