Universal Recycler doesn't accept Galacticraft aluminum ingots, only thermal expansion ingots.

A quick work around on this one for those stuck trying to get this made. Galacticraft ingots can be converted to nuggets, then back to Thermal Expansion ingots. A minor annoyance, but I would like to see it fixed eventually.
