"Charge Limit" incorrect value after restart, similar to #91

Expected Behaviour

Set "Charge Limit" to On/Enabled Set "[Charge] Maximum (%)" to (for example) "85" Charge is limited to 85% as expected Set "Persistent Profile" to On/Enabled Reboot Steam Deck, view the Power Tools menu, and "[Charge] Maximum (%)" should read "85", and system charge should still be limited to 85%

Actual Behaviour

Set "Charge Limit" to On/Enabled Set "[Charge] Maximum (%)" to (for example) "85" Charge is limited to 85% as expected Set "Persistent Profile" to On/Enabled Reboot Steam Deck, view the Power Tools menu, and "[Charge] Maximum (%)" reads "8.500000000000002e+63", and system is not limited to 85% After changing the slider again - limit works for a while

This is a duplicate of #91 which is fixed in v1.3.1 (for new charge limits, old limits are easy enough for users to redo)

Edit: I also find it fun that you finally noticed on the 31st time the bug occurred.
