Adjustments to Accession Forms #286

Adjustments to the accession forms as requested by @TinaThuno ->

Generally

[x] Lock collection code string to correspond to current collection
[x] Accession Items (Collection Object Subview): Replace "Project Number" columns with "Taxon" and "Type Status"
[x] Ensure that all 4 fields "Modified by"/"Created by"/"Timestamp modified"/"Timestamp created" fields are present at the bottom
[x] Add new field "Archival notes" (text4) below Accession "Type"
[x] Make sure "Remarks" is recaptioned as "Description" and moved up underneath Accession Name as in EN
[x] Attempt to add precision modifier to date fields (future feature)

Botanical Collections

[x] Add field Herbarium code below Type or Archival Notes as a combobox (i.e. add new values on the fly)
[x] Accession Items (Collection Object Subview): Retain"Project Number" columns while adding "Taxon"
[x] Collection code string Botany Vascular Plants: "CV"
[x] Collection code string Botany Mycology: "CF"
[x] Collection code string Botany Algae: "CA"
[x] Collection code string Biocultural Botany: "CB"

Ichthyology

[x] Collection code string Ichthyology: "PI"
[x] Set "Text1" caption to "Original Collection"
[x] Move down "Accession Authorizations" & "Repository Agreement" as in EN
[x] Add "Accession name" field as in EN
[x] Recaption "Verbatim Date" to "Date Remarks" as in EN (text3)
