Added in the CMG-BaylorHopkins data; subsetted the three different data 'environments'; also gave some additional detail on the technical steps - I think this is very possible but very much not "one-size fits all"

@rpmartin85 note that I incorrectly broke PNOC and CBTN into component datasets. So perhaps the CRDC section can be collapsed and removed :)
