Create time series for the connectivity indicator #145

With a scaled and aggregated version of the connectivity indiacator (see #144 ) we can calculate time series by using infrastructure maps from back in time.

I have created insight solutions for the infrastructure index for all three time periods

2022: https://ee-vegar.projects.earthengine.app/view/infrastrukturindeks-2022

It is easy to substitute the different years in the Konnektivitet GEE script. But downloading the index from GEE is the bottle neck.
