[x] Modify the computation of the transformation distance using only common image part (possible?)
[x] Fix the Similarity criteria with the new similarity range.
[x] For SMI computation use transformation distance between original images, rather than by some binary shapes

Revisit/reopen issues #38, #46, #39 and #40. Related to issue #48.
