rmd with stock area definitions #24

We should create an rmd that shows each species stock area(s) in relation to our GB spatial footprint. I think a visual of this would be good.

I think i remember @gambler1650 had a powerpoint showing many species stock areas. Maybe use this as a starting point until we chat to assessment leads
