Fishery Length composition data

• Added Data frame, realFisheryLencomp.rda to data folder
• Added help file, realFisheryLenComp.r, to R folder
• Data frame currently holds 8 of 10 species
  • Mackerel
  • Spiny Dog
  • Cod
  • Haddock
  • Yellowtail flounder
  • Winter flounder
  • Goosefish
  • Silver Hake
  • Herring (length and catch data from Maine tables)

Not included: Winter skate (No lengths in cfdbs, need to use survey data. Also discrepancy between comlandr landings and reported SAW44 landings)

Code

• create_real_fishery_lencomp.r - not functioning since base data pull is confidential. Currently all of the code resides in mscatch.
• Added ecodata to suggests in DESCRIPTION

Documentation

• Included link to data frame in pkgdown.yml
• Added mskeyrun package documentation (R/mskeyrun.r)
• Reworkded GBLandingsByLength.rmd to point to mscatch for methodology

@andybeet and @slucey I messed up and pushed corrections to the simulated data to dev_package before the length composition data was pulled in. Sorry about this, but since there are no conflicts with the real data, can I just leave these corrections here and have them pulled in with the length data? I'll note which commits these were in the issue I opened yesterday.
