What new functionality do you need?

A basic SFS test that creates an SFS experiment.

Depends on #2271

What are the requirements for the new functionality?

CI test that creates an experiment using the mode 'SFS'.

Acceptance Criteria

SFS CI test completes successfully on all supported machines.

SFS will basically be GFS, so no specific CI test needed.
