Added 1d case ftp link #72

As titled. This PR is to address #71 . A link to the FTP site has been added to the README to help users avoid confusion. Additionally, instructions for running the 1D case on Gaea have been included, and the naming conventions for the 1D dataset have been updated in all relevant documentation. I also cleanup symbolic links for 1D case INPUT files.

Thanks Yi-Cheng! The OM4.single_column.COBALT experiment runs for me now. FYI there are a number of broken links in the INPUT directory now; since the experiment runs anyways, I guess they're not needed and can be deleted.

Thx, @andrew-c-ross. I agreed. I just cleaned up symbolic links for 1D case INPUT files, and remove duplicated lines in MOM_override.
