Adjust exglobal_prep_chem.sh to handle GBBEPx version changes #12

Since the GBBEPx version will be upgraded from version 4 to version 5 in late March 2024, the file names of GB emissions will change accordingly.

For example: GBBEPxemis-PM25-C384GT4_v4r0_blend_s202402270000000_e202402272359590c202402280324380.bin (version 4) GBBEPxemis-PM25-C384GT4v5r0_blend_s202402270000000_e202402272359590_c202402280324380.bin (version 5)

This upgrade will affect the operation of GEFS-Aerosols v12 and NCO requires "code delivery" to handle this issue
