Rename catchment tables and code to be the same name in all locations #981

Fixing inconsistencies in database names, sql file names, lambda names etc for all catchment tables and code

Now all places follow the convention of / similar to:

catchments_0_branches
catchments_0_branches_hi
catchments_0_branches_prvi
catchments_gms_branches
catchments_gms_branches_hi
catchments_gms_branches_prvi

Testing

All TI code related to uploading branches have been completed successfully
