Examples using all available forcing and static attributes, addressing issue #3 and issue #6
Added a loop comprehension when getting and setting variables so they dont need to be hard coded, addressing issue #7
Initialized all possible forcings during initialization in bmi_lstm, addressing issue #8
output units are mm and cfs, so two standard variable names for the output are land_surface_waterrunoff_volume_flux and land_surface_waterrunoff_depth
More descriptive model names (hourly_all_attributes_and_forcings and hourly_slope_mean_precip_temp)

Hard coded forcing and static attribute names in bmi_lstm.py addressing issue #7
