The Dashboard should provide the functionality to suspend a dataset without requiring the user to do that in the QC Editor.
There are separate lists of users for the QC Editor and for the Dashboard. Although separate lists, I had been keeping them in sync with each other. But Benjamin asked that this should not be automatic.
Thus, there is the real possibility that someone could submit a dataset for QC but then not be able to suspend it themselves if an update was needed or a problem later discovered. It would also make life easier for those who do have QC access.
