SOCAT: read-only version should make QC and WOCE flagging buttons inactive #1739

Reported by @karlmsmith on 10 Mar 2016 01:27 UTC In the read-only version of SOCAT - for bock and new-bock - the buttons to add QC and WOCE flags should be inactive/grayed-out to make it clearer that this options are not available.

The "Edit the QC Flag" in the table of datasets should be renamed to "Examine QC Flags"

The actual button to the QC dialog should say "Add QC Flag".

"Table of Platforms" should probably be "Table of Datasets"?

"History of Quality Control Evaluations for SOCAT Cruise" - switch to "Dataset" of just leave of "for SOCAT Cruise"

"Individual Cruise(s)" in main window selection box - switch to "by Dataset" to match the others.

Comment by @karlmsmith on 16 Mar 2016 00:53 UTC Changes from Cruise to Dataset made. "History for Quality Control Evaluations for" now followed by the expocode as originally planned (parameter cruise_ID change to expocode but didn't get updated in template).

There is already a readonly boolean which is used to remove the (previously "Edit QC Flag", now "Add QC") in the template. This was part of the dual config files for the SOCAT2 system. Not sure if it can still be used here or with the WOCE flagging button. However, need to figure out something like this - using a readonly parameter.
